Mike Silbersack

Mike Silbersack is a software engineer with interests in networking and computer security. He has been a FreeBSD committer since 2001. At his day job, he works on a FreeBSD based commercial firewall.

Mike earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2001 and a subsequent M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 2005. When he is not working on FreeBSD in his spare time, he enjoys first person shooters, sci-fi novels, and going on long bike rides.
